Today, the B&L Group lays the foundation stone for the 4th construction phase of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER in Frankfurt am Main. The new office ensemble will comprise two state-of-the-art buildings: the 16-story headquarters of ING Germany and the 7-story ANQR HOUSE. Together, they will offer approximately 64,700 m² of rentable space, providing over 3,800 cutting-edge workplaces with numerous collaboration areas designed for hybrid working.
This forward-looking new district in Frankfurt’s Ostend neighborhood creates a vibrant and diverse blend of living, working, and leisure at the highest level.
“With Hafenpark Quartier, we are creating an attractive combination within an urban development that will serve as a model,” explains Bernhard Visker, Managing Director of the B&L Group. “Thanks to its thoughtful design and innovative features, the ANQR ensemble will be a highly appealing anchor for companies and their employees.”
The two office buildings, designed by the renowned Frankfurt-based architecture firm Meixner Schlüter Wendt, are being constructed to the highest sustainability standards, completely eliminating the use of fossil fuels. In addition to aiming for LEED Platinum, WiredScore, and SmartScore certifications, the project is consistently aligned with ESG criteria, making it one of the most sustainable office developments in Germany.
A future-proof mobility infrastructure will include 540 car parking spaces, all equipped with electric charging stations, as well as space for 900 bicycles in a spacious underground garage with a dedicated bike lift.
