IMMOFINANZ Deutschland is pleased to announce significant progress in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen and welcomes five new tenants to the ALTO and LARGO Medienhafen office campuses.
IMMOFINANZ Deutschland has been able to attract three renowned fashion companies: PME Legend GmbH, the well-known sports and streetwear brand New Balance Germany GmbH and a German fashion company in the Affordable Luxury segment. In LARGO , two office spaces of over 900 m² each will be occupied and in ALTO an area of over 800 m². They are thus expanding the diversity of the tenant structure in the Media Harbour.
In January, aream Group SE, a leading investment and asset manager focussing on sustainable projects, moved into the premises on the 15th floor of ALTO. In May, the Düsseldorf-based tech scale-up Cognigy, a leading global provider of AI in customer service, will move into the 14th floor.
