RUHR REAL GmbH has successfully brokered two warehouse spaces totaling around 1,450 m² in Bergheim. The property at Zum Frenser Feld 1 was let to two different tenants and could be occupied as early as spring 2025.
The property impresses with its flexible division into two separate hall areas of 850 m² and 600 m², which can be used independently of each other. The convenient location in
North Rhine-Westphalia and the rapid availability of the space were decisive factors in the successful brokerage.
One of the tenants is Tedeman GmbH, an international specialist in needlework yarns, which is making its strategic entry into the German market with the lease. The company offers
a wide range of knitting and crochet yarns made from various materials such as acrylic, cotton, wool and chenille and will use the warehouse space for storage and distribution of its products in Germany. The second tenant, a local authority from the Rhine-Erft district, is using the space to meet its short-term increase in space requirements.
"The cooperation with the park manager Maximilian Höhle from Alpha Industrial was very good and uncomplicated. In particular, the fast processing and flexible solution finding contributed to this successful conclusion," says Adrian Röser, the responsible consultant at RUHR REAL, who accompanied the letting.
"We are delighted that with this double letting we have been able to enable an international company to enter the German market as well as provide a local authority with suitable
