In the Experience Store exp37, the creative and communication agency Mavis, together with consulting specialist TAILORIT as well as other renowned partners are making an innovative, holistic no-line commerce concept. The focus lies on digital integration and the creation of an exceptional shopping experience. Brick-and-mortar retailers, and fashion retailers are currently being confronted with significant challenges because of the digital transformation. The core question for all retailers is: how can I manage to remain relevant to my customers to maximize customer loyalty?
The objective is to merge stationary retail with online retail, make retail more customer-oriented and make use of data. Thus, the customer can be transformed from an occasional buyer to a loyal fan.
