Project developer Cube Real Estate has promoted Vincent Rath to Head of Finance as of February 1. Rath has been with the Leverkusen-based project developer since August 2019. In his position as Head of Finance, the 30-year-old will assume overall responsibility for the Finance division and have responsibility for personnel. His main tasks include the further development and optimization of all operational activities in this area. Rath will report directly to Managing Director Bernd Hütter.
Vincent Rath started his career at Cube Real Estate after completing his master's degrees at IREBS and Henley Business School in project management. He had previously completed a three-month internship with the project developer in 2017 during his bachelor's degree at Zeppelin University. Following his position as project manager, Rath moved to the finance management team as a consultant in May 2021. In addition to his role as a consultant, he has been building up the project controlling department at the company since mid-2022. His previous professional stations include the real estate services company CBRE, the IT consulting company Valantic and the UK asset manager Impax Asset Management Group.
