26 Homes moves into its first office location: The real estate start-up, which was founded in January 2021 and focuses on social media & email marketing, is Germany's most successful content media platform for the marketing of residential real estate. The company's stated goal: to make the real estate search more personal and digital. Most recently, 26 Homes was able to sell globally for the new construction project Dahme & König in Berlin-Köpenick and, in addition, to bring interested parties with a real estate volume of over 25 million euros to developers. With the move into its first office, 26 Homes is expanding and venturing into its first analog location in the market.
"Moving into our own office space is an extension of our Instagram channel," says Dorothea Metasch, founder of 26 Homes. The interior concept was quickly clear to Metasch - a bold color mix of soft candy colors from Caparol Icons creates a skillful contrast with classic French-style wall pannelling. 26 Homes worked with the renowned Fabian Freytag Studio, which is responsible for the extravagant office concept. The interior designer was faced with the challenge of realizing an extraordinary concept on only 43 square meters. For this, he used a combination of vintage furniture, custom-made individual pieces and classics. "Transferring the positive attitude of 26 Homes to the interior design was a key aim for us when developing the concept. We wanted to bring the Côte d'Azur to Berlin-Mitte and turn a stay in the new office into a day by the sea," explains designer Fabian Freytag.
First glimpses of 26 Homes' new space can already be admired by its nearly 20,000 followers on Instagram. Subscribers to the channel also get access to off-market offers, curated listings, new construction projects, and content on home ownership.
