THE ART OF BEAUTY & HEALTH 2026: STAR POWER MEETS THE FUTURE OF HEALTH AND BEAUTY

Today, rethinking beauty and health means understanding aesthetics and lifestyle as a whole – and, in the spirit of longevity, taking inspiration from ideas that can be incorporated into everyday life. With its second edition, The Art of Beauty & Health makes a powerful statement for a contemporary beauty and health culture: top-class medical professionals meet visionary first movers, an expanded brand portfolio with in-depth content. More brands, more perspectives and a programme with palpable star power consolidate the festival into an experience that redefines innovation and modern well-being – self-confident, luxurious and at the pulse of a new beauty era.

Which voices shape beauty, health and lifestyle today?

With medical precision and a trained eye for aesthetics, Dr Emi Arpa, a specialist in dermatology, brings in-depth expertise to the stage. She places aesthetic medicine in a contemporary lifestyle context and talks about modern skin treatments, realistic expectations and a holistic understanding of beauty. Her appearance will be complemented by an exclusive masterclass with Dyson on the main stage, offering in-depth insights into innovative beauty technologies and their application.

In conversation with GLAMOUR Germany, Lena Gercke shares personal lifestyle insights as an expression of modern identity. The focus is on how fragrance, style and attitude merge into a conscious attitude to life. Her fragrance line LeGer by Lena Gercke will have its own stand at the event, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the founder's personal world of fragrance. "For me, fragrance is an expression of personality and well-being. That's exactly what The Art of Beauty & Health is all about: understanding beauty, health and lifestyle as a whole," explains the model and entrepreneur.

Maria Furtwängler focuses on longevity and the future of healthy ageing. The actress, doctor and committed philanthropist – whose causes include biodiversity and diversity – is the face of Weleda's prestigious anti-ageing line Cell Longevity. In a conversation with Tina Müller, CEO of Weleda, she talks about how modern natural cosmetics combine scientific precision with the power of nature and a holistic understanding of skin health and sustainable ageing.

Further new highlights expand the main stage programme with topics that are currently stirring debate and reflect the zeitgeist. Particular attention should be paid to the talk entitled "The weight loss injection: medical breakthrough or overrated hype?", in which Dr. Stephan Martin provides an in-depth analysis of one of the most hotly debated medical topics of the moment, highlighting both its opportunities and limitations.

Felix M. Berndt (@doc.felix) provides powerful inspiration in his talk "The Performance Reset: Training, Regeneration & Metabolic Health". He shows how smart exercise works today: training correctly, regenerating consciously and supporting your metabolism in a targeted manner – for more energy, performance and long-term health in everyday life.

In the panel discussion ‘Smart Health Instead of Waiting Rooms,’ experts, including Dr. Mertcan Usluer (@gynaekollege), discuss how digital tools, TikTok Docs, and health hacks can be properly evaluated, used sensibly, and incorporated into one's everyday life. The panel discussion will take place on 28 May at 11:00 a.m.

Social responsibility and brand attitude are also the focus of another panel discussion, moderated by Diana zur Löwen, entrepreneurial investor and content creator, with lavera, Weleda and Rituals Cosmetics.
