Within a very short time, "die developer Projektentwicklung GmbH" has made a name for itself in the market and caused a stir with striking and media-relevant lighthouse projects, such as the Kö-Bogen by Daniel Libeskind and the Vodafone Campus in Düsseldorf. All the architectures stand for Germany's future viability, conceptual strength and forward-looking urban development.
Under the triad Fine Arts, Fine Shopping, Fine Dining, the Alte Wall combines exceptional art, fine dining and shopping on 15,000 m². Tenants include the popular restaurant Wallter's, the Bucerius Kunst Forum and the fashion label by Aylin König.
