A sparkling anniversary: guests from three countries celebrate 25 years of the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet

The 25th anniversary of the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet on Saturday turned the centre into a lively meeting place for fashion enthusiasts from across the border triangle. The large number of visitors made the anniversary a community celebration, which delighted everyone with its warm and festive atmosphere.

The highlight of the day was a conversation with Sylvie Meis about the development of style and individuality. The style icon and the team from ELLE magazine offered insights into the world of fashion over the past two and a half decades. A particularly emotional moment came with the tribute to long-serving staff: a total of 17 centre employees who have been with the outlet since it opened were surprised on stage and personally honoured by Sylvie Meis and Centre Director Uli Nölkensmeier. This tribute highlighted the outlet’s longevity in a fast-moving industry.

Whilst guests took a journey through time in the curated cover exhibition or stepped in front of the camera themselves during the live photoshoot, the event also provided an opportunity to look ahead. With this anniversary, the Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet, together with its visitors and partners, has set the course for a future that continues to focus on inspiration and human connection.
