- B&L Group's premium residential project HPQ LIVING is among the winners of the Iconic Award 2022: Innovative Architecture in the "Architecture Domestic" category

Now a top-class jury of experts has confirmed it: With the four-part premium residential property HPQ LIVING in the heart of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER, the B&L Group will soon add a very special, architectural highlight to the Frankfurt skyline. In the competition for the Iconic Award 2022: Innovative Architecture in the category "Architecture Domestic", the project was able to prevail against numerous competitors. In addition, the residential towers designed by star architect Hadi Teherani were awarded the "Best of Best" label. Initiated by the German Design Council, the Iconic Award is considered a unique tribute to the most successful architecture and design solutions.
The architectural DNA of HPQ LIVING includes the two 16- and 14-story, approximately 60-meter-high HIGH SIDE premium residential towers in the heart of the growing HAFENPARK QUARTER metropolitan district. Thanks to Hadi Teherani's sophisticated design, the towers with their pebble-shaped bases visually push towards the Main River, creating a floating impression. The rounded, elegant building front with floor-to-ceiling windows allows views of the Main River, the ECB and the skyline of the metropolis to emerge from many apartments at the same time. A special feature is the approximately 5,000 m² park-like inner courtyard with 100 trees and a 250 m² green roof terrace, which create an emotional place with lots of greenery and numerous quiet zones in the middle of the pulsating life of Frankfurt's Ostend. Inspired by the residential project's proximity to the water, the internationally renowned architect chose the pebble as a base and created a landmark neighborhood with high radiance using light-colored natural stone, glass, and bronze or champagne-colored metal. In this way, HPQ iconizes the Frankfurt skyline around the theme of living.

The award ceremony for the Iconic Awards 2022: Innovative Architecture will take place in October at Expo Real in Munich.
