Diamonds Factory, one of the leading international brands for high-quality diamond jewelry in the direct-to-consumer segment, is consistently pursuing its international growth strategy and continues to expand its presence in Germany and Europe.  The company is currently represented in 27 countries and plans, as the next step in its expansion, to further expand into Eastern Europe—with a particular focus on Poland and the Czech Republic.

Germany is one of the most important growth markets in Europe. As early as January 2026, Diamonds Factory opened a new location in Stuttgart. In addition, the existing showrooms in Cologne and Hamburg are currently being expanded into full-fledged stores. The opening of the new store in Cologne is planned for summer 2026, with Hamburg set to follow in early fall.

In addition, Diamonds Factory will open a new showroom in Hanover in June 2026. Additional locations in the Ruhr region are already in the planning stages, including Essen and Dortmund.

The new stores and showrooms also mark the launch of a new international retail concept. Inspired by the precision of modern workshops, the new design combines clean architectural lines with high-quality materials, a minimalist aesthetic, and a deliberately serene luxury experience. Under the guiding principle “Engineered Brilliance, Expressed in Retail,” spaces are created that focus equally on craftsmanship, design, and the customer experience.

The concept focuses on a modern and personalized customer experience: Customers gain access to customizable jewelry, personalized advice, and a transparent and contemporary way to shop for fine jewelry—both online and in-store.
