Under the slogan "An olfactory and culinary journey to Japan", ANNAYAKE and the Hotel Nikko invited to an exclusive lunch event on Thursday. Düsseldorf women from art, culture, media, fashion and beauty, including model Annika Gassner, actress Vivien Wulff, gallery owner Alexandra Meffert (wildpalms), IWiL founder Sabine Hansen, stylist Laila Hamidi, architect Tina Jokisch (Schwitzke & Partner) and Marina von Morr (Galerie Anna Laudel) were allowed to get to know ANNAYAKE's DOJOU fragrance range during a Japanese menu at the Benkay restaurant. An experience for the senses: three courses with selected ingredients reflected the powerful perfume composition of woody and floral notes. Pink cooked duck breast with pepper crust, potato-juniper puree, orange-jus and vanilla-bergamot ice cream took their orientation from the dominant top notes of DOJOU FOR HER and DOJOU FOR HIM.
Exclusive Ladies Lunch: ANNAYAKE and Hotel Nikko stage Japanese fragrance experience for the senses
DOOJOU FOR HER
Earthly harmony: DOJOU FOR HER reveals lively accents of spicy pepper, refreshing bergamot and balsamic juniper. Combined with fruity currant and the irresistibly floral notes of ylang-ylang, the composition forms a velvety floral lovely scent. Then a chord of fine orange blossoms and mild mimosa unite with soft, woody notes of cashmeran. The fragrance is rounded off with a subtle nuance of sensual amber, a touch of vetiver and sweet vanilla and a warm note of sandalwood.
DOJOU FOR HIM
Harmonious, spicy and woody: the fragrance starts with the combination of intense spice of black pepper, smoky juniper berry and a floral accent of ylang-ylang. And also aromatic cardamom, heavy patchouli and woody nuances like cedar meet. The rich green finale of the composition is formed by tart amber, powerful musk and green chyprée moss tones.
