Festive anniversary celebrations kick off in Munich: Tertianum Premium Residenz celebrates 25 years of ‘Life knows no age’

The Tertianum Premium Group is celebrating its 25th anniversary this summer under the motto: ‘Life knows no age’. The Munich residence kicked off the nationwide anniversary series yesterday evening with a summer reception in the heart of the Glockenbach district.

Guests enjoyed a varied programme with culinary highlights and atmospheric live music. The evening began with a reception in the residence garden. Residence Director Alois Koppensteiner then welcomed the numerous guests from the residence, relatives, partners and city politicians.

‘The Tertianum Premium Residences are indispensable to our society. Not only do they create a place for cultivated coexistence, they also send an important signal that people in the third stage of life are an integral part of our community,’ says Residence Director Alois Koppensteiner. ‘It is essential that we value their experience and zest for life and give them space to actively participate in social life.’

Munich City Councillor Andreas Babor added in his welcoming speech: ‘We are not only celebrating an anniversary, but above all the togetherness and the many moving stories that have shaped Tertianum over the past 25 years. The residence in the Glockenbach district has long been an integral part of Munich's urban culture – a place of encounter, stylish living and intergenerational dialogue.’

A formal dinner prepared by the renowned Brasserie Colette Tim Raue was the culinary highlight of the evening. Musical accompaniment was provided by the ‘Trio Summertime’ led by Munich singer and actress Franziska Ball. With her charm and stage presence, she took the audience on a lively musical journey – from swing classics and soulful chansons to ballads, pop and film music. She was accompanied by virtuoso jazz pianist Nino Stübinger and Regine Puxbaumer on double bass, who also lent each piece a special touch with her voice.
