Flow, Glow & Great Minds: The Art of Beauty & Health inspires Düsseldorf

The exceptionally high demand demonstrated that this concept works. ‘The energy and openness in the exchange between brands, experts and our community once again clearly showed the potential of this format this year. We were overwhelmed by the enormous demand: rarely have we had to close the ticket shop two days before the start of the event,’ said Hannes Niemann, Director of The Art of Beauty & Health.

The successful development continues: On 9 and 10 April 2027, The Art of Beauty & Health will enter its next round.

Stars, voices and strong personalities on the Main Stage

The special dynamic of the festival was particularly evident on the Main Stage, where prominent figures from the media, medicine and digital culture came together. Lena Gercke, Maria Furtwängler, Diana zur Löwen and Frauke Ludowig shared personal insights into their beauty, lifestyle and health routines.

Lena Gercke was thrilled by the atmosphere: "It's a full house here, we've been completely overwhelmed. This really shows how vibrant the beauty industry is right now. There are so many strong brands here – an oasis has been created that inspires and brings trends to life. For me, it's all about exchange and networking – with the industry, but also in direct contact with customers. This allows me to see what innovations are coming and where the market is heading."

Medical expertise was provided by Dr Emi Arpa, Dr Anna Brandenburg, Dr Sheila de Liz and performance expert Felix M. Berndt (@doc.felix), among others. Topics such as longevity, aesthetic medicine, hormonal health, GLP-1 therapies and modern performance strategies were also in focus, as was a new understanding of beauty – characterised by prevention, self-determination and scientific classification.

Experience beauty: interactive brand worlds and new technologies

Artfully staged floral installations and digital water projections ran like a common thread through the event, becoming part of an atmospheric overall concept based on the theme ‘Let it Flow’.

BEAUTY Düsseldorf, the leading trade fair for professional cosmetics, will follow from 20 to 22 March 2026. On 21 and 22 March 2026, the European hairdressing industry will meet at TOP HAIR Düsseldorf.

While these two events are reserved exclusively for trade visitors, The Art of Beauty & Health deliberately builds bridges to end consumers, thereby underlining Düsseldorf's role as a central meeting place for the European beauty industry.
