Frankfurt's skyline gets two residential towers by star architect Hadi Teherani

- 288 apartments, 100 new trees and an XXL roof terrace in HPQ
- Like pebbles in the Main - inspiring natural forms in the middle of the metropolis

With the four-part premium residential property HPQ LIVING, the two 60-meter-high residential towers will create an architecturally high-profile and urban-oriented building ensemble that will make a new mark on the Frankfurt Skyline. A total of 288 modern apartments and spacious townhouses will be realized in HPQ LIVING, which will correspond to Frankfurt's international lifestyle or reinterpret it. A special feature of this new metropolitan quarter is the approximately 5,000 m² of park-like courtyard with 100 trees, quiet zones and a 250 m² green roof terrace. Completion is scheduled for early 2024. Almost 40% of the apartments have already been sold since May 2021 sold.

HPQ LIVING is an exceptional premium residential project within the HAFENPARK QUARTER, which is characterized by its unique location and the various influences resulting from its proximity to the city center, the ECB and the banks of the Main River. For some years now, Frankfurt-Ostend has been undergoing a transformation from a former industrial location to a business and nightlife district and a popular residential area. The HPQ is a modern neighborhood development and gives the district a new, exciting identity. "Not only is a new community growing here in this urban-designed quarter, but also a new piece of Frankfurt, the centerpiece of which, HPQ LIVING, has a landmark character that can be seen from afar," says Thorsten Testorp, managing partner of B&L Real Estate GmbH. The private green oasis hidden inside the modern building creates a balance to the liveliness of the city, thus HPQ combines green and big city with a waterfront location.

Skyline feeling with terraces and penthouses

HPQ LIVING will feature 288 apartments, ranging from 38 m² to 238 m², including 266 apartments with two to four rooms and 11 townhouses with up to five rooms, spread over two levels. Almost all apartments have loggias, balconies or terraces. On the top floors of the individual buildings, a further 11 exclusive penthouses ranging in size from 62 m² to 433 m² will be realized with their own roof terraces.

The name says it all: HIGH SIDE

The architectural DNA of HPQ LIVING includes the two 16- and 14-story, pebble-shaped 60-meter high premium residential towers HIGH SIDE. Through Hadi Teherani's refined design, the curved window fronts visually point toward the Main River, creating a floating impression. The rounded, elegant building front with floor-to-ceiling windows allows views of the Main River, the ECB as well as the skyline of the metropolis to emerge from many apartments at the same time. "We stand for high-quality architecture and develop a contemporary orientation of quarters that fits the demands of people in metropolises. HPQ is not just a future-oriented building brand, but an emotional place with lots of greenery and quiet zones - right in the middle of the vibrant life in Frankfurt's Ostend district," says Bernhard Visker, managing director of B&L Real Estate GmbH.

The most beautiful pebbles in Frankfurt

Internationally renowned architect Hadi Teherani has designed a landmark district with high radiance using light-colored natural stone, glass and bronze or champagne-colored metal. HPQ iconizes the Frankfurt skyline around housing. "Our buildings tell stories about place, time, urban community, philanthropy, beauty and happiness. My designs are meant to inspire new ideas in the people who live in them. It is the architect's job to deal creatively with the situation on site," Tehrani says. For example, HPQ LIVING's proximity to the water inspired him to use the pebble shape as a base. "It breaks the right angle, which creates great sightlines. Also, flowing shapes bring a quantum leap in living quality." This allows future residents to rediscover their (living) world every day.

A two-story underground parking garage provides space for 245 parking spaces, a large portion of which will be equipped with e-mobility. Around the project there are approximately 870 bicycle parking spaces.
