The newly developed, smart, and sustainable office building heylo in Düsseldorf has secured Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen as a tenant. The bank has signed a long-term lease for approximately 7,800 square meters of modern office space in heylo. Move-in is planned for the first quarter of 2026.
"We are very pleased to welcome Helaba, a renowned state bank, as a tenant in our property. This decision highlights the building’s high quality and future viability from a user perspective—with well-being, flexible spaces, and optimal working conditions at the heart of the concept," says Nicole Pötsch, Head of North & Central Europe and Co-Head Investments Europe at PIMCO Prime Real Estate.
