New dual leadership at design agency Schwitzke ID

Lukas Schwitzke and Jacob Ferguson have taken over the management of Schwitzke ID as of January 01, 2023. With the appointment of Schwitzke and Ferguson, who have known each other since their student days, the company wants to position itself even more digitally and internationally in the future.

Lukas Schwitzke has been working as a communication designer at Schwitzke ID since 2021. He studied communication design at the Hamburger Technische Kunstschule in Berlin and attended the boarding school Schule Schloss Salem.

While Schwitzke will be increasingly responsible for brand strategy and development in the future, Jacob Ferguson is the expert for visual communication: the US native started his career in 2019 as a graphic designer at the Berlin advertising agency Heimat (TBWA) and worked as an art director for the renowned agency group Serviceplan since 2021. His references include projects for AOK, ARD-Mediathek, Techniker Krankenkasse and Thüringer Waldquell. Ferguson, like Schwitzke, also studied communication design at the Hamburg Technical School of Art in Berlin.

"We are pleased to have Lukas and Jacob as dual leaders for Schwitzke ID. With their expertise, they fit perfectly into our existing team and underline our growth ambitions. By strengthening our digital offering with two young creatives on the management team, we can additionally give our clients more presence in virtual space as a complement to built space, the core competence of the Schwitzke Group," says Karl Schwitzke, Managing Director of Schwitzke GmbH. Schwitzke ID's current clients include the real estate company Pandion, the textile certification label Oeko Tex, the city of Monheim, the garden center Schley's and the project developer Art-Invest Real Estate.
