Schwitzke Project celebrates the opening of its new location in Munich's Obersendling district. The company has expanded its office space to around 560 square meters.
"Due to the strong response in southern Germany, the move to larger office space was a logical step. The demand for our services - particularly in the area of revitalizing existing buildings - is growing continuously. In just two years as branch manager, Dirk Lindner has managed to build up a powerful team of experts and sustainably strengthen our presence in the market," says Wolfgang Sigg, Managing Director of Schwitzke Project.
The general contractor manages projects from the early planning phase through to turnkey handover - throughout Europe and across all specialist areas, including technical building services. Depending on requirements, Schwitzke Project supports overall processes or takes on partial trades - with a particular focus on the revitalization of existing buildings.
In recent years, Munich has developed into a central location for projects in southern Germany for Schwitzke Project. Among other things, the team manages major projects in the office and hotel sectors as well as in other asset classes.
In addition to the offices in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Munich, the opening of a further office in Hamburg is planned for 2025.
