B&L Real Estate GmbH continues to celebrate major milestones on the construction site of the premium residential project HPQ LIVING in the heart of the HAFENPARK QUARTIER. Construction work on the individual components is nearing completion and the first apartments and the communal property have already been handed over to the purchasers. The creation of the outdoor facilities and the planting of the inner courtyard are breathing life into the development - they give an idea of what the future of the innovative HPQ LIVING will look like.

Frankfurt's new skyline presents itself from its most beautiful side: it is already clear how the HAFENPARK QUARTIER will shape the face of Frankfurt. Work on the award-winning residential towers designed by star architect Hadi Teherani is drawing to a close. Completion of the façade in the color “champagne” is in the final stages. Tiles and parquet flooring have already been laid in the apartments and the kitchens have been measured. Assembly is being carried out from several climbing mast platforms at the same time, so that the construction progress can be seen from afar.
The townhouses, which extend over several floors and offer views towards the harbor park and the Main River, are also on the home stretch. The roof terrace is furnished and can be used and the concierge service has already started.
Completion of the entire HAFENPARK QUARTIER is planned for early 2025.
