PropTech company reltix secures €3 million in pre-seed funding

reltix has completed a pre-seed funding round totalling 3 million euros. Just one year after its foundation, the Düsseldorf-based PropTech company already manages more than 4,000 residential and commercial units, generates an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of over 1 million euros and employs more than 30 staff at its Düsseldorf and Essen offices. In the summer of 2026, the company expanded into Frankfurt am Main, where it has already secured its first clients.

The technological approach goes far beyond traditional software. The AI-native property management system reltix manages properties itself and collates the resulting data and process knowledge within its technological infrastructure, centrix. In this way, reltix creates an operating system that transforms even the most complex logic – such as an annual statement – into simple system queries. Enquiries are therefore not passed on, but resolved directly, whether by the property manager within the software or by the AI assistant on the telephone and via the customer portal.

In the long term, reltix looks beyond property management – it is in the unique position of acting as the interface between the owner and every single service relating to the property; from banking, through electricity and heating, to major refurbishment works. From this position, centrix becomes the context engine and the operating system for the entire property sector: every process runs through it, and every service provider connects to it.

Co-founder Léon Alex Bamesreiter: “We don’t see property management as a traditional administrative service, but as the fundamental infrastructure of an entire sector. This funding will enable us to develop centrix more quickly, expand our team and bring our platform to further markets. In the long term, we want to lay the technological foundations that will transform a fragmented sector into a functioning ecosystem.”

In addition to traditional owners’ associations and private owners, its client base increasingly includes family offices, asset managers, developers and larger property portfolios. According to the company, its technological infrastructure enables customer enquiries to be processed considerably more quickly, as well as significantly more efficient operational management processes.
