The premium residential project HPQ LIVING, designed by star architect Hadi Teherani, will provide 288 apartments very soon - the completion can be expected in fall 2023. The residential towers already characterize the silhouette of the new Main riverside in Frankfurt and symbolize the innovation of an entire neighborhood. The large-scale new construction project is being built on approximately 29,200 square meters in a prestigious location, close to the European Central Bank.
The building sections of HPQ LIVING, named after their location HIGH SIDE, GARDEN SIDE, RIVER SIDE and EAST SIDE, offer spectacular apartments, townhouses and the HPQ Penthouses in outstanding star architecture. Every planning step of the high-quality building concept has been thought out down to the smallest detail. For example, architect Hadi Teherani himself even selected the Fineline frames of the apartment entrance doors exclusively for HPQ LIVING, which were installed in the EAST SIDE and GARDEN SIDE within the past few weeks. Currently, the high-quality stoneware tiles are being laid in the bathrooms of the EAST SIDE complex, and the screed work here is almost complete. In the HIGH SIDE residential units, the well-cut floor plans are gradually becoming visible in the towers as the drywall is installed. The passageway to the north of the ensemble, which provides access to the GARDEN SIDE, is also almost complete, so that planting can begin here very soon.
The design-oriented apartments offer a maximum of modern comfort. At the same time, living needs will be fullfilled. From the comfortable city apartment with around 38 m2, to the penthouse with approximately 433 m2, everything is included.
