RUHR REAL brokers 10,000 m² of warehouse and office space in Bochum at short notice

The real estate agency RUHR REAL has arranged the complete letting of around 10,000 m² of warehouse and office space on an exclusive basis for the owner at Rensingstraße 8–10 in the
Riemke district of Bochum. With Toy Foodsystem GmbH and MiTec Middeldorf GmbH & Co. KG. The owner of the site is Breuer Vermögensverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG.

Toy Foodsystem GmbH, a provider of comprehensive shopfitting solutions for the food retail and catering industries, has already moved into around 5,000 m² of warehouse and office space.
Following the sudden loss of its previous location in Herne, RUHR REAL was able to find new premises close to the former company headquarters within 48 hours.

"In a phase where every hour counts, the support provided by RUHR REAL was crucial. Thanks to the quick mediation, we were able to continue our operations practically seamlessly," says Soner Toy, deputy managing director of Toy Foodsystem GmbH.

MiTec Middeldorf GmbH & Co. KG will also use the site in future. The manufacturer of refractory materials and system solutions for industrial and high-temperature applications will also move into around 5,000 m² of hall and office space on 1 January 2026.

"The location is ideal for both companies, as it is close to the motorway and offers excellent transport links. The two tenants are also well suited to each other, as they share a common interest in the food industry.

The leases were handled by the team of Nils Mehrer and Marius Degenhardt, also consultants at RUHR REAL. With these two deals, the property on Rensingstraße is now fully let on a long-term basis.
