Eight fashion shows, numerous models, 600 first row seats and a total of 195 meters of open-air catwalk on the Kö-Bogen: This year, the fashion and lifestyle company Breuninger opened the fall/winter season in the heart of Düsseldorf and presented the latest trend looks in a new, unique location next to the Breuninger flagship store. On Friday and Saturday, September 6 and 7, visitors were treated to an inspiring start to the season with late night shopping, live music, DJ beats and other highlights in the store and at Eduard's by Breuninger.
Breuninger staged the seasonal trends from the premium and luxury segment spectacularly with a view of the modern, urban architectural ensemble by Daniel Libeskind. The Kö-Bogen stands for one of the largest and most forward-looking urban development projects, which represents a new dimension in Düsseldorf's shopping center, particularly in the Schadowstraße and Joachim-Erwin-Platz area. Now many construction sites are finally closed and the people of Düsseldorf can experience the façade side of the Kö-Bogen, Haus Hofgarten, in a new way. With musical support from the live band everso, all eight fashion shows on the season opening weekend were moderated by Jana Azizi.
In addition to the fashion shows curated by stylist Graziano Di Cintio and the extended opening hours on both days until 10 p.m., guests were treated to a varied supporting program in the building with numerous activities and culinary delights: From a champagne and matcha bar to exclusive give-aways and a barber or beauty freshen-up on the first floor.
