On the 11th floor, the symbiosis of Hadi Tehrani's architecture and modern interior design is perfect: award-winning interior designer Fabian Freytag created a design concept with his unmistakable fingerprint for the show apartment at HPQ LIVING. International living culture, art paired with a view of the Frankfurt skyline - all realized on approx. 120 m² in the lifestyle apartment at HPQ. The exclusive suite underlines the artistic orientation of the quarter, which is already a major feature of the Frankfurt skyline with its iconic architecture by internationally renowned architect Hadi Teherani.
The apartment combines different styles and contrasts, creating its own distinctive look: vintage meets contemporary. Elegant tones such as yellow and gold dominate the living room, while the black kitchen with a cherry red marble cooking island provides a contrast. Visible concrete surfaces contrast with the warm, harmonious colors and golden metal surfaces of the cabinets, which can be found in all rooms. The golden surfaces are not just decorative: they reflect the surroundings and lighting moods, immersing the rooms in a warm atmosphere and playing with the light sources. A different effect is created depending on the time of day and point of view. Individual walls in the hallway, hand-painted by Fabian Freytag, underline the uniqueness of the apartment. Furthermore, the perfection of the architecture was to be contrasted with an inner break: Vintage furniture enriches the room with its stories of times gone by. The walnut bar furniture next to the loggia is from the Fabian Freytag collection and completes the concept. The bathrooms impress with the contrast of high-quality glazed tiles in blue and white and bathroom furniture made of brushed metal with a gold look. The show apartment on the 11th floor is approx. 120 m² in size and has a total of three rooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC and a utility room. The apartment is rounded off by a loggia with a view of the Frankfurt skyline.
