The Art of Beauty & Health Summit: ‘City of Beauty’ celebrates its premiere in Düsseldorf

Two days of an exciting programme focused on beauty: Nearly 60 speakers from across Germany, over 20 brands, and numerous workshops and masterclasses. Messe Düsseldorf reinvents itself with an event and summit concept aimed at end consumers.

This new format complements the already established trade fairs BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF and TOP HAIR, which attract around 75,000 visitors from the industry to Düsseldorf annually. While the two trade fairs are primarily aimed at experts in the beauty and hairdressing sectors, The Art of Beauty & Health targets a wider audience, with a particular focus on North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany's largest catchment area. Several thousand visitors are expected over two days – geographically separated from the B2B fairs – in the futuristic glass foyer directly at the entrance to Messe Süd.

This event marks a strategic realignment for Messe Düsseldorf, expanding our target audience and strengthening our positioning as a leading player in the beauty metropolis of Düsseldorf. Interesting talk formats with internationally renowned speakers, versatile workshops, and prominent brands will shape the world of The Art of Beauty & Health.”

Dr. Stephan Keller, the Mayor of Düsseldorf, will open the premiere of The Art of Beauty & Health. His involvement underscores the societal relevance of beauty and health, highlighting Düsseldorf as a leading hub for this industry sector.

Welcome to the “City of Beauty”

“City of Beauty” is the theme of the first edition of the new event format, where guests can expect a creatively designed venue split into various hotspots like a city. The “Garden of Future” will showcase three natural cosmetics brands known for sustainable beauty products made from natural ingredients. Weleda, Dr. Hauschka, and L’Occitane will appear together for the first time in the history of beauty brands – naturally, in a garden setting.

At the “Campus of Beauty”, exciting panel talks and interviews will take place throughout the day, featuring renowned international experts offering insights into current trends and beauty topics. Inspiring keynote speeches by industry professionals will invite attendees to gain new perspectives and learn about innovative approaches. A variety of workshops with brands and professionals will provide an intimate setting for networking and personal development.

With a curated selection of exhibitors, thrilling live talks, inspiring keynotes, interactive workshops, and exclusive make-up presentations, the new summit is set to become an essential meeting point for anyone interested in beauty, well-being, and health awareness.

Another highlight: All visitors will receive an exclusive goodie bag worth over 360 euros containing high-quality products from partner brands with the purchase of a ticket.
