The TRIGON office building developed by the Düsseldorf bema Group in Düsseldorf-Heerdt, Schiessstraße 49, is filling up. Sandvik Holding GmbH and Sandvik Tooling Deutschland GmbH have recently moved into their new business rooms. Sandvik Holding GmbH is the German head company of the Swedish Sandvik Group. Sandvik is a high-tech group that is, among other things, the world market leader in cutting tools and sustainable technologies for the construction and the construction and infrastructure industries. The new location comprises around 1,870 m² of office space on - an entire floor. The rental space was handed over in October 2022. The DGNB pre-certified and WiredScore-certified TRIGON was designed by the renowned Cologne-based architectural firm caspar.
"We are pleased to have found a suitable renter for TRIGON in Düsseldorf in Sandvik," says Sandra Schwietering, Manager Project Development at bema Group. "Schiessstraße is a lead street to the booming Hansaallee - here, the business hotspot Düsseldorf-Heerdt continues to grow with an excellent local supply infrastructure. Also on this street is another project of ours: SILIZIUM. We have already realized this for the telecommunications group Huawei. So we are in the best neighborhood."
The modern, iconic office building is characterized by a clear façade grid with floor-to-ceiling windows and features two attractive panoramic roof terraces with a circumferential terrace band on the fifth floor. The rounded corners of the building represent an elegant design language with a representative effect. Inside, it offers spacious areas with flexible floor plans that enable the implementation of individual office organization forms, such as individual, group or team offices, through to innovative New Work concepts. Up to three rental units can be realized per floor. In spring 2023, the building will be 90 percent occupied with the move-in of Epson Germany and Mitsubishi Chemical Europe, for which a laboratory will be created on the first floor in addition to the office space. Currently, 1,100 m² of rental space is still available on the second floor. The building complex also includes an elevated garage with around 470 parking spaces, including 32 e-charging stations.
"I am pleased that with the new space in TRIGON we have found a property that fully meets our requirements for sustainability as well as the possibility of creating a modern and functional working environment for our employees," said Manfred Herder, Managing Director Sandvik Holding GmbH.
